A Comprehensive Plan is an official statement of the City’s vision for its future. It expresses the Tucker’s community’s aspirations and goals for its future, while articulating a corresponding set of policies and recommendations to guide future decisions regarding land use, development and capital improvements.

Georgia state law requires local governments to create, and then update a comprehensive plan every five years.

This page provides an online library of plans, reports and other information that will be used as resources during the plan development process. It will also present summaries of workshops and draft chapters of the plan for public review over the course of the planning process.
